The Peralta D represents a new interpretation of the monolith concept: the waistline demarcates the lower section, made entirely of copper, which encases the upper section, crafted from mirrored glass and featuring a special treatment that replicates the color of the metal.

The body, designed with geometric harmony down to the smallest detail - from the wheel wells to the fuel cap - is supported by a carbon-fiber structure and features an aluminum chassis and top-of-the-line mechanical components based on the Maserati Gran Turismo. Even the wheels feature a retro-futuristic geometric pattern inspired by the 1970s and are finished in anthracite black to enhance the body’s visual impact.

Note the absence of traditional doors: the cabin’s architecture features a dramatic and sophisticated opening system that draws on the Peralta S’s famous single-motion “dome,” while maintaining the independence of the side windows; however, at the rear, it combines this with an innovative gull-wing opening mechanism that requires no underlying structure. This solution is designed to facilitate access to the rear seats - often difficult in coupé designs - and draws inspiration from the historic solution that his father, Giorgetto, developed for the De Tomaso Mangusta in 1967.

The signature lighting elements define the car’s personality, embodying elegance and minimalism: both the front and rear feature sharp blades of light, while geometric diamond-shaped grilles - crafted from solid-machined and laser-cut aluminum - integrate and conceal the functional lights, creating a striking “shadow lights” effect. This elegance is further emphasized by the decision to conceal all carbon-fiber elements, starting with the blade-style spoiler integrated into the front fascia and the rear tailpipes.
